Mini Garden in Kitchen

Growing plants in eggshells is such a fun and easy way to create your mini garden. You have all materials at your fingertips:

  • icon_number_1@3x Eggshells, cleaned and halved
  • icon_number_2@3x Fully formed egg carton
  • icon_number_3@3x Mixed nutrient soil, well drained
  • icon_number_4@3x Herb seeds, like Basil or Cilantro

Step 1: Fill the eggshell with soil. Poke a small hole in the center.

Step 2: Planting two seeds in the hole, cover the top gently.

Step 3: Put your egg carton on a well-ventilated windowsill with plenty of sunlight. Watering every two or three days with a small amount.
