Ingredients:
- 1 large apple
- 1 tablespoon crushed walnuts
- 1 teaspoon dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Wash the apple and remove the inner part with a knife.
- Place walnuts, cranberries, honey, vanilla, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Fill the apple with the nuts and honey mixture.
- Transfer the apple to the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
