Dinner: Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (134g) asparagus
- 3 slices of bacon
- Dash of black pepper
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place bacon slices onto the prepared baking sheet and season with pepper.
- Bake bacon in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until slices are more than halfway cooked.
- Let bacon cool slightly before handling, and drain bacon grease from the pan.
- Wrap 4-5 pieces of asparagus in one strip of bacon. Place asparagus bundles back onto the baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
