Breakfast: Nutty Greek Yogurt Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients:
- ½ cup (40g) rolled oats
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3oz (85g) plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ banana, sliced
- 2 walnuts, halved
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
How to make:
- Add rolled oats, almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a pot. Heat over medium heat and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed. Make sure to stir occasionally.
- Remove the oatmeal from the heat and stir in the Greek yogurt.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with sliced banana, walnuts, and chia seeds.
