  •       1 slice of whole-wheat bread
  •       1 plum tomato
  •       1oz (28g) goat cheese, crumbled
  •       1 tablespoon freshly chopped basil
How to make:
  1. Toast bread according to your preference.
  2. Cut the tomato in half, remove the seeds and dice it.
  3.  Add chopped tomato to the bread slice, then top with crumbled cheese and fresh basil.
