Ingredients:
- ¾ cup (170g) plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup (28g) no added sugar granola
- ½ cup (70g) blackberries
- ½ cup (62g) raspberries
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish
How to make:
- Add half of the Greek yogurt to the bottom of a glass or bowl.
- Add half of the granola, half of the blackberries, and raspberries.
- Repeat the procedure by adding another layer of yogurt, granola, and berries.
- Drizzle with honey and top with fresh mint leaves if desired.
