Breakfast: Berry Turmeric Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
  •       ½ cup (74g) fresh blueberries
  •       ½ cup (62g) fresh raspberries
  •       ¼ cup (40g) frozen cubed mango
  •       ½ cup (40g) rolled oats
  •       1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  •       ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  •       1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  •       1 teaspoon chia seeds
  •       ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  •       mint leaves for garnish
How to make:
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or high-power food processor and blend for about 1 minute or until smooth. Reserve some blueberries and raspberries for later.
  2. Pour smoothie mixture into a serving bowl and top with blueberries, raspberries, and mint leaves.
